Once your clothes are pressed, we’ll return them to you within 48 hours. If you need your ironing sooner, we can offer a 24-hour turnaround upon request for an additional charge and subject to availability.

What items are suitable for ironing?We accept already washed items that can be ironed. Please check the care labels before including them.

What items should I not include?Please do not include items that cannot be ironed, as well as soiled or extremely creased items.

How should I prepare my items for collection?Fold your items neatly and place them in a bag for collection. If you’d like us to reuse hangers, please separate them and bag them accordingly. No need to list the items—we’ll handle that and provide a detailed cost summary.

How will my items be returned?Your ironed items will be returned either on hangers or professionally folded. Shirts, suits, jackets, and evening dresses will be hung unless requested otherwise. All other items will be folded unless you prefer them hung (a small additional charge applies).
Payment
An invoice and breakdown of the service will be emailed to you when your ironing is returned.
Payment is required on receipt and can be made online by card or bank transfer.

Minimum Order: £25.

Free Collection & Delivery: Within 8 miles of Windsor. A charge of 45p per mile applies for areas outside this radius.

Children's Clothes: Items for children up to age 10 are charged at 50% of the adult rate. For clothes aged 10 and over, the full adult rate applies.

Included in Prices: All prices include professional folding or hanging, as specified. We also provide wire hangers and garment protectors for now extra charge.

Dry-Cleaning Service: We do not offer dry-cleaning services at this time.

Clothing Requirements: All clothes should be fully dried and folded before bagging to minimize excessive creasing. Extra charges may apply for clothes that are excessively creased due to being bagged damp.
